Perfectly adorned holiday cottage. Very clean. Everything catered for. Nice location but close to a relatively busy main road. I was a little misled by the description of a single story barn conversion- this is the ground floor of the barn conversion meaning you have neighbours above you and their footsteps etc. can be heard. (Thus the 4star review)

Great stay
The property and facilities were excellent, everything you could possibly need was in the property. It was spotless. It was modern and comfortable for our family of four and dog.
In terms of location, even though it was close to St Agnes you couldn’t walk there because of lack of path on the road.
We had a great stay, would definitely recommend and return.

Brilliant all round
All fantastic. Nothing about this place has been overlooked. Nothing done cheaply and every detail has been thought out well.
The only way it could be improved is if we had booked an extra week.
