Near Florence - Classic Apartment 1 with Summer Pool

Welcome to Residence Rocca Palazzaccio! We have 10 apartments and are located just 6 km from Florence, at the gateway to the Chianti region. The property has been recently renovated and is full of character: stone pathways, spacious open areas, staircases, and picturesque views define the estate, which was rebuilt on the ruins of a pre-existing structure that once served as a watchtower in the 11th century. The location is also ideal for day trips to Siena and the Chianti villages, which are about a half-hour drive away. Guests have access to a beautiful panoramic pool with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers, as well as spacious green areas and other furnished spaces to enjoy pleasant hours of relaxation outdoors. There is also a barbecue area and private parking. We can’t wait to welcome you!
