Rooms by Anna: Entire House

The house is located in the very quiet, residential Statuto/Rifredi area, just a stone’s throw from city centre but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist routes—an excellent base thanks to free parking and the proximity of amenities. The Santa Maria Novella train station is a 2-km walk away, the Careggi University Hospital is 1.5 km away, the Fortezza da Basso is 1 km away, the Palazzo dei Congressi is 1.5 km away, the Novoli University Campus is 1.5 km away, and the Palace of Justice is 2 km away.
Our property is a two-story house with a beautiful garden inside.
The common areas are located on the ground floor, where you’ll find:
*A large entryway featuring a comfortable space with an internet station.
A lounge with a sofa and very comfortable armchairs where you can read books from the well-stocked library, a smart TV with a DVD player and a small film collection, and a children’s area with toys and books available for them.
*A kitchen overlooking the garden, fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and other amenities. Here you can prepare light snacks or a meal for your child.
*A spacious garden with an area where, during the warmer months, you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea, perhaps while reading a book.
*A laundry area—a small shed located at the back of the garden—equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and laundry basket.
All of our rooms are double rooms with high ceilings and the option to add a third bed for children under 12 years of age.
