This was an awesome property! The hot tub was great and the kitchen is very well stocked! And the view out of the windows and front porch are amazing. Great star viewing at night too! And the close proximity to the RMNP is perfect!
Just what we needed for our getaway weekend! Hot Tub was amazing and so were the views. We loved the home, which had plenty of space, and every amenity imaginable.
Lovely home in a great location.Everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Estes Park. Note the only shower is upstairs -- not an issue for us, but something to be aware of if anyone in your group has mobility issues.
Loved that the house was so close to the entrance of RMNP. Far away from the main touristy area but easy to get to that area for dinner. Very quiet location - which was ideal after a couple of days of long hikes in the park. Shower pressure was great!
We were in town to visit and hike in RMNP. We absolutely loved this property. William is a super responsive host. The view is amazing and the nights are peaceful and quiet. Full kitchen for cooking, laundry in the unit and plenty of hot water for three adults to shower. We hope to be able to visit again!
The property was a great location and comfortable for our 5 person group. I’m glad I read in advance that there is only one shower. We caught them in the middle of some work on the house so missed having a washer and dryer but that is temporary situation. We enjoyed the space and the location.

The host went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place before we arrived. The view from the property was breathtaking and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park was less than a mile away. That allowed us to get up at a reasonable hour and get into the park before 9:00am. We would definitely recommend this property anyone looking for an Estes Park vacation!

Wonderful place for a mountain vacation!!
The house could not have been nicer and the location cannot be beat. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Gourmet kitchen, deck and hot tub were definitely the highlights. We even had an elk and a fox go by - so cool!! It was quiet and restful and really the perfect vacation spot! We did manage to tear ourselves away to go climbing but were happy to come back to the great home! Thank you so much!!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Thanks also for taking such good care of my home. We are excited that you will return. Glad you had a great time
Clean property besides the hot tub was green and foamy when we arrived. Contacted the property host and nothing was resolved. We took the time to treat and clean it ourselves in order to use it one night, without reimbursement. We stayed two nights and specifically chose a place with a hot tub and it wasn't in working order for one night. Other then that the place had a great view of the mountains and was very clean inside. No other issues.
Nice, clean, comfortable home. It fit our needs as a family of four plus an adult friend and was a safe area for our 1.5 year old to run around (aside from keeping her off the stairs!). For the price point, I was expecting some general provisions like sugar and cream packets for the coffee or hand towels for the bathrooms, but we made do with our own milk in the coffee and drying our hands on the large bath towels.
I was excited to see the same Cetaphil face wash we use at home, but it seems something else has been refilled in them (my guess is conditioner?). It also would have been nice to have access to free local channels on the television (I am a local news junky), rather than just internet app options. Otherwise, everything was great and check-in and check-out were a breeze. It’s pleasant not having a long to-do list for checkout, so that was much appreciated.
Great location. Was as is as stated. I would definitely stay there again. Hot tub was great. Would recommend this location to anyone. Location manager got back to us immediately when we had a question.
Great location for RMNP trip, beautiful scenery, well stocked
The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the living room very comfortable, indoor and outdoor dining were lovely and the hot tub was a great addition
