On the ground floor are the common areas and the main bedroom. Entering to the right there is an enormous living room decorated with three beautiful environments, flanked by two large palm trees that give it a summery feel. The living room receives a lot of natural light and has access to a terrace decorated with artificial grass and equipped with a small bench to sit on.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to access to the apartment.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT).
