Located in the emblematic neighborhood of La Latina, one of the most popular in Madrid, both for its lively social life and for its numerous cultural offerings of undeniable tourist interest. Full of restaurants with a varied offer of typical Madrid and Spanish food, some centenary and of great gastronomic quality, it also offers, just a few minutes away on foot, places as famous and must-see as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace , the Almudena Cathedral or a long list of museums, cinemas, theaters and emblematic and representative monuments of our city.

Apartment:

The NoMad Loft II apartment is located in a typical 50's building in which only its façade has been preserved, to offer you all the comforts of the most modern building. All the apartments in the building have air conditioning in all their spaces.

Magnificent 80 m2 loft apartment recently completely remodeled consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with magnificent built-in showers. It has a spacious and modern living-dining room and an American kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances. It also has a 12 m2 private patio that gives the apartment extraordinary light and charm.
With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people distributed in a double bed, two single beds and a large sofa bed.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
