This apartment is located in the popular La Latina neighborhood, perhaps the oldest and most characteristic area of Madrid, where the locals go about their daily business while visitors flock to enjoy its endless charms. It has many of the most famous tourist attractions in the city and many excellent restaurants, not to mention its wide range of cultural activities. The apartment is a five-minute walk from places of interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, among many others.

The NoMad building dates from the 1950s, although only its original façade and exterior architectural features remain. The modern building combines elegant decorative elements with a modern design in its furniture and decoration.

The NoMad 4 apartment is a brand new 93 m2 flat with all the latest mod cons for a perfect stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms, individual heating and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances.
There are three bedrooms: a main bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. The two bathrooms have built-in shower and are decorated in great style (one is ensuite to the main bedroom). The living-dining room has a table that seats six and a sofa that turns into a double bed.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
