This apartment is located in the popular neighbourhood of La Latina, perhaps the oldest and most characteristic area of Madrid, where locals carry out their daily activities while visitors flock en masse to enjoy its endless charms. It has many of the city's most famous tourist attractions and many excellent restaurants, not to mention its wide range of cultural activities. The apartment is a five-minute walk from points of interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, among many others.
The NoMad building dates from the 1950s, although only its original facade and exterior architectural features are preserved. The modern building combines elegant decorative elements with a modern design in its furniture and decoration.
The NoMad 4 apartment is a new flat with all the latest amenities for a perfect stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms, individual heating and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.
There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The two bathrooms have an integrated shower and are decorated with great style (one is en suite in the master bedroom). The living-dining room has a table for six people and a sofa that converts into a double bed.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
