A 19th-century country villa with original period Art Nouveau furniture and wooden or painted ceilings; most rooms and terraces offer a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and the stunning surrounding countryside.
In front of the house and on either side, there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Deck chairs invite you to sunbathe. A barbecue and an old brick pizza oven are located near the house, and a pool table and ping-pong table are also available for guests to use.
A large swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) is available to guests; the pool is heated and can therefore be used even during cooler periods.
