Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One small well-behaved dog downstairs permitted. An easy starter log is provided, outside the Summer months, for your first evening which burns for approximately three hours, more logs are usually available at local garages and shops. The front door is accessed via a narrow walkway and steps.

The elevated garden and terrace is accessed via very steep steps so care should be taken. Not suitable for the elderly or people with restricted mobility and children should not be left unsupervised

As the tide goes out, the sandy harbour becomes a haven for rock pools. A short drive from the Polzeath, Daymer, and Rock beaches, this property is ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family vacation. At the very top of the village, there is plenty of space for vehicles to park.
