Newly converted barn with hot tub,stylish interior and outdoor space
This beautifully newly converted grade 2 listed barn sits in the Lake District’s eastern border in the Lunesdale valley.Bella’s barn is Situated in the grounds of Roundthwaite farm the property has fantastic views down the valley towards Sedbergh and North to Penrith and the Lakes.
The barn has a large master bedroom on the second floor with a flat screen TV,en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.on the ground floor is a large kids bedroom with two single beds,flat screen tv,en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
On the second floor is the open plan living area with a well-furnished kitchen and living room. A bio ethernol fire provides a real flame for a relaxing time in front of the tv,the property also has gas central heating.
Outside the barn has its own private fenced garden including a seating area and BBQ. The hot tub is under cover with perfect views into the night sky, essential to help you relax after a hard day exploring the lakes and local area.
The location could not be better for access to the National Parks. The M6 junction 38 is only 2 miles away and from there you can easily drive to the North Lakes and Keswick or Kendal and onto Windermere and Ambleside. Being on the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park you can also venture into the Dales or the Eden Valley

When you arrive you will be given a Covid 19 safety information sheet with your welcome pack
