Excellent furnished apartment for rent in Florence in the historic district of San Frediano. Located on the first floor of a beautiful building located in Via del Leone a stone's throw from Piazza Santo Spirito and the riverside, the Alicante apartment consists of a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The house is fully furnished and has a bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed (both bedrooms have a wardrobe), the living room has a sofa and smart TV, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking and a bathroom. it has a shower. This apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home; here you will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and dishwasher.

    Wonderful!

    We loved this property and location. Beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, convenient to everything. We loved being in a quieter area out of the fray but so close to everything. And so convenient. Highly recommend this one!

    Love Florence

    The apartment was good for 4 people. The only thing is it was scarce on toilet paper, had no dish detergent to wash dishes and no direction as to how to use the washing machine or drying rack in the bathroom. Coming from the US we were not familiar with either. I did share with the owner my thoughts.

    Ideal location for experiencing Florence

    We were very happy with the apartment in Santo Spirito. It was clean and spacious and was located in a good neighbourhood with good restaurants and within walking distance to the centre of Florence. The only problem we had which I hope will be rectified so that future visitors do not have the same experience was a disturbance in the upstairs apartment which would be described as a domestic argument. A couple of other points which I hope will be helpful would be to have two more coffee/tea mugs available, there was only one, and more toilet paper supplied. There were three of us and only two small toilet rolls available. They weren't sufficient for our needs. I hope you find this helpful and consider it constructive critiscism. We did enjoy our stay at Santo Spirito and would recommend it as a place to stay in Florence.

    Geräuschintensive Wohnung im Kiez

    Prinzipiell schöne Wohnung im Kiez - jedoch kein Schallschutz zu den Etagen sowie laute Haustür - es wird laut, wenn die übrigen Wohnungen vermietet sind...Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden - jedoch kein Platz die Wäsche aufzuhängen (wir haben den Heizkörper im Bad benutzt). Im Bad bildet sich schon Schimmel. Die Wohnung ist schwierig zu heizen - es existieren nur 3 Klimageräte in 3 von 4 Zimmern - 2 liefen nicht zuverlässig. Im Bad gibt's einen Heizkörper mit E-Heizung - dort wirds einzig richtig warm.
