Peak Edge House is a modern, spacious, fully refurbished 2 storey house on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Boasting luxury furnishings including a fully fitted kitchen, lounge through dining room, 2 large bedrooms, reading/quiet room, modern bathroom, Wi-Fi throughout, front & rear gardens, patio & private off street drive parking for several cars.


Ground Floor:
Front entrance leading into a large hallway and stairs to 1st floor.
Spacious & light front facing lounge with leather sofa, chair, flat screen tv, board games, jigsaws.
Through dining room with dining table to comfortably seat 4 people.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils, side door leading out onto the gravel drive with access to the patio & lawned back garden


1st Floor:
Rear facing large bedroom with king size bed, memory foam mattress, & enough storage for your clothes in the double wardrobe & dressing table.
Front facing large bedroom with double bed & enough storage for your clothes in the double wardrobe & chest of drawers.
Reading/quiet room with 2 comfy chairs & a bookcase with a variety of books for you to enjoy, Wi-Fi is throughout the house so this room could easily be used as a quiet working space.
Bathroom with modern white suite comprising of an L shaped shower bath with electric shower, w/c & sink.

Peak Edge House is located perfectly for visiting many local attractions not only in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas but the beautiful Peak District, some favourite attractions include Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock, Matlock Bath, Hardwick Hall, Bolsover Castle, Edale, Castleton, Ladybower Reservoir & Eyam just to name a few. If you enjoy the beautiful outdoors this area has to offer then Peak Edge House is centrally located and an ideal place to stay.
