Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot. Welcome pack.. Courtyard and ¼ acre of grounds (shared with The Nest (CC123290). Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: The water supply is from a natural spring and the property is accessed via a private track. Charging electric cars in no permitted. This property has a security deposit of £100.. The warm cosy, farmhouse is sure to make you feel relaxed and away from it all. With far reaching, spectacular views in every direction, Oak Cottage is idyllically situated for you to enjoy the magnificent walks which are available right from your doorstep. Highland cattle and Herdwick sheep graze and wonder freely on the surrounding farmland and Buzzards can be seen soaring above. An ideal spot for bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts. The dark clear night skies are perfect for star gazing too.
This property can be booked together with Willow Cottage (CC123284), The Nest (CC123290) and Hazel Cottage (CC123280) to accommodate up to 12 guests. Ideal for parties or weddings, you can even land a helicopter in the grounds! !
