The perfect location!

The villa is perfect! The home is spacious, clean and welcoming. The pool & patio area are wonderful. You will be a 3 min walk to Aldi and Lidl and a 10 min walk to town and 15 walk to the beach (through town). Albufeira has wonderful shops, great restaurants and everyone is very friendly.

Amazing villa in a fantastic location!

This is by far the nicest villa we've stayed in on our multiple trips to Albufeira. Besides being brand spanking new, it was located in a great quiet location just minutes to the old town by foot. Two supermarkets are 3 mins walking distance. Beach is 10 mins away. Great BBQ area. Everything just super new. Good and quick communication with the host. We will be back. Highly recommended!

Family holiday in Albufeira

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Marivital. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and we were able to walk into the old town most days. The BBQ and pool area was great and we enjoyed a few family evenings around the pool enjoying the BBQ. Tina was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome on arrival, we did a large shop on our first day (from LIDL which is just up the road, very handy) and she brought all of our shopping back to the villa for us in her car. Overall I cannot fault the villa, the downstairs bedroom could do with air conditioning installing, the mobile units create a lot of heat, but apart from that we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.

Christmas and New Year 2024 in Albufeira

I recently stayed at Villa Marivital and had an exceptional experience! The highlight was the fantastic swimming pool with pool heater, which could heat the water to comfortable 30 degrees, making swimming and relaxing outside, during winter time and at night, a delight. The house was sparkling clean, the check-in process was a breeze. The hosts were incredibly accommodating welcoming and warm, ensuring a pleasant stay. You can always have a nice drink and talk with them about music and how to create amazing experiences for and with people, which makes them both very happy. The villa's location, right next to the old town, also very close to the beachfront restaurants and to the amazing beaches, added a charming touch to the overall amazing experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway into another reality!
