About this property

Clematis cottage, cosy cottage situated perfectly to explore the cotswolds

Set in beautiful open countryside . You’ll love my place because its spacious inside and out, its quiet with fantastic scenery. My place is good for couples.

Our cottage is a single story detached cottage. It has a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area fitted with all the essentials and more, the hallway leads you through into the bedroom with ensuite shower room.

You will have sole use and access to this cottage, you also have your own outside grass area with a bbq and access to shared parking, tennis court, games room with pool and table tennis tables, set in about 14 acres of field and woodland.

I live nearby and am on hand for anything you might need assistance with

Clematis is part of Flagstone Farm a hamlet made up of other converted barns, surrounded by the beautiful North Cotswold countryside, between Stow on the Wold and Broadway, the nearest villages are Condicote and Upper Swell, both around a 20 minute walk away.

Kingham train stain is 6 miles away and is 1 1/2 hours direct to london.
Stow on the Wold is 2 miles away and buses run regularly from there to all the local villages and towns

It has a log burner which you are welcome to use, we do not provide any logs or paraphernalia for it though.

Probably ,lovely when new needs TLC
The cottage has every thing you need, but it needs TLC, some of the furnishings are well worn. The cleanliness was not good. I wouldn't even use the table mats, and I cleaned the kitchen surfaces down before using. The bedding was marked with some stains, and my husband spend 20 mins brushing the cobwebs away from behind the bedhead. Luckily we brought our own pillows. Disappointed with grubbiness. The actual cottage was charming, the setting lovely just as we say needs TLC and extra cleaning. I did call the agent when we arrived to ask for new bedding but got no reply.
