This dog friendly cottage is ideally located for exploring the area with the area's most famous walks on the doorstep.
This spacious, romantic and charming self-catering cottage has a 4 poster bed, antique furnishings, terrace garden and fully-equipped kitchen. It is set in a beautiful Grade II listed courtyard with working stables. The space A lovely cottage in a unique setting, Shippon Cottage is a short walk along quite lanes and tracks to the pretty village of Castleton. The cottage is set in an attractive Grade II listed courtyard with two working stables. Well behaved dogs (max two) are welcome. (No puppies, young dogs please and no aggressive breeds please.) The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In addition to the four poster bed, there is a sofa bed, ideal for a third guest, whether child or teenager. Guest access Guests have full access to the terrace and garden gardens of approximately a quarter of an acre at the back of the cottage. There is plenty of parking space on the gravel terrace area. Other things to note In addition to Shippon Cottage there is a second holiday cottage, Harry Eyre Cottage that sleeps 4. Combined the two cottages sleep 6/7 people.
For all guests, whether walkers, cyclists and climbers we have ample room to store bikes and equipment.
