A comfortable and large apartment in a period building with garden, behind the Baths of Caracalla and the Latin Walls, 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and ten minutes from
Basilica of San Giovanni. In the immediate vicinity there are buses and metro which allow you to move around easily. Three large parks (Villa degli Scipioni, Villa Celimontana and Caffarella) make the area very green and allow for pleasant walks. Various restaurants and supermarkets make you enjoy Italian food at its best.

You will find a large living room of 45 m2 overlooking the garden,
where you can relax or eat in comfort. From the living room there is direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, the study with sofa bed and walk-in closet and one of the bathrooms.

Large & spacious

Our adult family was comfortable in the apartment. The bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was particularly well set up and stocked with coffee, milk, sugar, etc.

Wonderful place, best host ever

The apt was spacious and beautiful. The best part was our host Frederica. She was so kind and gave us wonderful tips about the area and recommended a great restaurant that took such great care of us since we told them she sent us here. I will stay there again !

Comfortable and Spacious

We had a wonderful time in Rome, in no small part thanks to the apartment. We enjoyed the quiet courtyard entrance to the apartment building, the hustle of the city street seemed distant, but restaurants, grocery stores, markets and more were all very close by. The Metro line is about 10 minutes away and the Coloseum is 15 minutes, walking. There are a number of busses that stop within a block or two, as well. The apartment is clean, large, and fully furnished. Federica provided some bottled water and a snack for the kids when we arrived. She was super helpful and also helped us arrange a taxi/shuttle to the airport at the end of our stay. Far above what I expected, we really appreciated her. We had a few challenges, but no complaints! 1.) My wife dropped laundry off the clothesline onto the downstairs neighbor's porch - this is a joy of living in an apartment like this, so again, not really a complaint! It was not difficult to retrieve. 2.) At one point the gate into the apartment complex was locked and didn't open how we expected it to. Luckily there were 3 other gates onto the property that were all open and I'm certain Federica would have come to help immediately if we had any troubles. 3.) The AC in the house was just enough to keep ahead of the 95F heat - I wasn't expecting AC at all, so this was also not necessarily a negative. To assist it we closed the shades where the sun was hitting windows, which helps. This was a great place to stay and I hope to return.

Fijn appartement in rustige buurt nabij centrum Rome

Mooi en bijzonder ruim appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne uitvalsbasis om Rome te ontdekken. In de buurt diverse leuke restaurants, supermarkt en pasticceria. Frederica is een fijne gastvrouw.

Muy buena acogida. Flexibilidad de entrada y salida. Apartamento grande y confortable. Buena comunicación en transporte público, a 30 minutos andando del Coliseo. Supermercado justo al lado. Fuimos en familia. Muy recomendable.
