Not wanting to be negative since we were on the whole comfortable. Internet connection very poor. House is cosmetically very 'tired' (holes in window frames) . Downstairs bedroom very damp but we were there in dreadful weather. Price reflects these faults I suppose.
Location is lovely, peaceful and pretty. Plenty of room for large group.

Christmas holiday
the location was ideal for us, the house was lovely and big enough for 9 of us and a small dog, it was warm and cosy, had everything you need in the kitchen, the downstairs wet room needs some attention the toilet leaks ,there is a constant bad smell from the wet room. the downstairs bed room was very dusty and full of cobwebs which we had to vac up before we could use it not the not most comfortable bed we slept on could do with mattress topper.
we can highly recommend The Madryn Arms in Chwilog the owners are very friendly and the Sunday lunch was lovely ( 10 mins away heading towards Pwllheli
