This quaint apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood was perfect! Sarah was so easy to talk with and attentive with our check in and out. The restaurants in the neighborhood were great and an easy Uber to other parts of the city.

I loved this apartment and its location - beautifully furnished and so clean. The hosts -Sarah and Ricky- were so warm and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Madrid. Five stars all around!

Amazing home and location!

Our stay at Ricky and Sarah‘s home in Salamanca was absolutely amazing. The home was well appointed with everything that you needed more! The location was perfect. Ricky met us at the property and Sarah was an amazing resource for both restaurants and retail and was a great communicator! We absolutely loved our stay here and we would love to return to this property. We look forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Little Gem

Amazing hosts - responsive, helpful, kind. We were greeted at the apartment with help to carry our luggage, great instructions, along with snacks, coffee and wine from our host. The apartment is so clean, modern, and nice. The area was great with easy access to so much of Madrid and local shopping and restaurants. We had an issue on the morning of our departure with a clogged shower and toilet and no hot water but we left so early that it could not be addressed before we departed. I will note that Sarah responded to me right away when the issue occurred and was sending someone over promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hosts!

Family trip

Cozy & modern pied-à-terre in the heart of the upscale Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid. Very clean and modern with every amenity you could possible want (with the exception of an elevator). The host carried all of our suitcases up the two flights and two sets of entryway stairs, but we carried them down when we checked out. Honestly, it was not bad, but just be aware for any guests with mobility issues. We were traveling with our two college-age kids who shared the smaller bedroom with the two single beds. Again, be aware that this is Europe where everything is smaller. The apartment is tight, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms were great. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Please be careful with the plumbing! The guests who stayed before us must have flushed something down the toilet besides toilet paper and the pump was coming on every ten seconds out first night, trying to clear it. However, the host had a handyman over the next morning and it was quickly fixed with no other issues the rest of the trip. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Sarah provided several recommendations and a wonderful assortment of snacks, coffee, fruit, water, etc already stocked in the apartment when we arrived. There is great shopping and dining options just steps from the apartment and we enjoyed purchasing our own wine & charcuterie to enjoy in the apartment as well. We loved this stay and would definitely choose this again!
