Woodburning stove and bi-fold doors out onto patio and a sitting room with TV and table football. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size and ground-floor double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio terrace with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. The gardener is on site every Friday. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
