Family stay in paris

This was exactly as advertised, and worked perfectly for a family of 5. Had a small issue at check in and the communication was quick and everything went smoothly. Definitely a dependable option for Paris!

The apartment is nice, clean and modern in a very good location. The main reason for not giving a good or fantastic review is that the wifi did not work in the apartment, despite trying a lot of things. I called the agents who said they would find out, but nobody followed up. In future please check WiFi works beforehand as we have no TV, no Internet and it can make a holiday less enjoyable for planning things/entertainment. Also, we were sent two different locations for key access which was an adventure we didn’t need at the start of the holiday! Otherwise the apartment is very nice and comfortable and I would recommend it, despite these challenges we faced.

Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut, zu erwähnen wäre, dass das Schlafzimmer zur Vorderseite etwas laut ist, da die Stasse ist und die Fenster nicht sehr gut abschließen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Internetverbindung und das TV-Gerät defekt waren. Was besonders enttäuschend war: Unter der auf dem Informationsblatt genannten Nummer war kein Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Dieses Verhalten halte ich für völlig inakzeptabel

L’appartamento è carino e in una posizione fantastica. Il check-in e check-out è stato difficile perché il ritiro e consegna delle chiavi era in un altro posto e i codici erano sbagliati o non comunicati. La doccia del bagno grande era inutilizzabile perché l’acqua finiva fino in camera. Mancava uno scolapiatti e il wi-fi funzionava male.
