The space
Please be aware that the property is a new build and is on a site where building work is still taking place.

Downstairs, the property has a lounge with windows to the front and patio doors to the rear garden. There is a smart TV which guests can access Netflix, Disney and Prime with their own accounts. There is a kitchen diner, also with window to the front and patio doors to the rear garden. Finally there is a downstairs toilet and cupboard for coats/shoes.

Upstairs you will find the 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower-room, and the family bathroom. There is also a 4th bedroom but this is private and will be locked.

The kitchen is equipped with a single electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/drier, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

There is a garden and patio to the rear, and private driveway for 1 car to the side of the property. There is free on-street parking for additional cars.

Available for guests to use in the kitchen will be tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. There will also be initial supplies of UHT milk, dishwasher tablets, plus a toilet roll and soap in each toilet to get you started.

Towels and bed linens are supplied.

There is ramp access to the front door (street level) and wide doorways.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house but there will be one room upstairs that is private and will be locked.

Please be aware that pets are not allowed, and the property is strictly no smoking or vaping inside.
