The recently renovated apartment, carefully designed in every detail, features a relaxing and comfortable design. It consists of a habitable kitchen equipped with a central table that can accommodate up to 4 people and a fitted wall unit, complete with all necessary kitchen utensils, including an electric oven and microwave, gas top, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, as well as a convenient dishwasher and washing machine.
The sleeping area features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, a small armchair, and a console for working.
The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a modern style, featuring sanitary fixtures, a sink, and a shower. The second bathroom, also equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower, is located in the common area along the corridor.
All rooms are equipped with autonomous air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
