The two bedrooms are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and two patio areas with furniture. Vale Barn is in an ideal location for discovering the Peak District and Derbyshire. Please note: for week long bookings this property only allows Saturday - Saturday

Great cottage with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Lucy was really helpful and even got the property ready early for us. Super place to stay with a family. We would love to come back!

Perfect

Vale Barn was a perfect for our family of 4 to spread out and relax for a little while. The barn is beautifully renovated and lovingly taken care of. Some lovely welcoming touches - home made flapjack and chilled prosecco! An amazing find, thank you.

Beautiful setting in Dronfield

The refurbished barn was beautiful and very clean. The facilities were excellent and even towels were provided. The owners were close by and easy to communicate with. Lucy and David made us feel very welcome and even provided home cooked flapjack, brioche, milk and other essentials which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Dronfield itself is a very pretty village with some hidden gems like the manor coffee shop with the most delicious cakes! We would definitely stay there again.
