This cottage is perfectly located to soak up the beauty of West Cornwall. Explore the area on foot with plenty of walks from the doorstep or if you can tear yourself away from the immediate vicinity there is an array of exploring to do with both the north and south coast just a short drive away. Local beaches on the South West Coastal Path include Godrevy, Hayle Towans and Gwithian which were voted the best beaches in the UK by the Times in 2024. These beaches boast views over St Ives Bay and a dramatic lighthouse. Hayle Estuary has a protected RSPB site, which is the most south-westerly estuary in the UK . It never freezes, making it haven for gulls, waders and wildfowl in winter. Also close-by is Marazion, home to the magnificent sight of St Michael’s Mount, which you can walk across to when the tide is out. Other attractions accessible from here include St Ives and Falmouth as well as The Lizard and it's dramatic coastline and pretty fishing villages. The A30 is within easy reach and opens up options to visit the pretty city of Truro, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project if you want to venture a little further.

Step inside this quaint Cornish former Miner's cottage into the open-plan lounge/diner, cosy up in front of the wood burner and read a book or watch your favourite films on the large Smart TV. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table whilst planning your day ahead. An archway leads to the kitchen which boasts a electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. It’s the perfect place to cook up a feast for all the family to enjoy. From here there’s a utility room with washing machine and second entrance, perfect to kick off your boots after a stroll in the countryside. Upstairs on the first floor you’ll find the bedrooms both with stunning countryside views, the double bedroom along with its views has a wardrobe and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. Lastly on this floor is a shower room with separate bath and shower as well as his and hers sinks and WC.

Outside you will find an enclosed walled garden terrace with seating and dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. Surrounded by quiet farmland, the views are simply superb and there are plenty of birds and visiting foxes and badgers. Kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day. There’s an area with lawn perfect for your four-legged friend to have a little run. .
