3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) have been carefully decorated and 2 bathrooms have walk-in shower. Kitchen Provencal style, overlooking the interior chimney and pool, is equipped with new equipment and quality (machine wash dishes, hob, extractor ...). The villa has several terraces, perfect for reading, lunch or an aperitif.
The furniture and decor, carefully chosen by architects, complete the package for color harmony and feeling for a change of scenery.

Mesmerizing

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa KiKa. The photos do not embody the feeling you get when you enter the door to the stairs and you see a beautiful overview of the house and the pool. The house is fully equipped and can easily accommodate two families with four small children. We enjoyed it immensely and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful villa in a very nice area. There are a number of steps to access the property which could be problematic for some but it certainly adds to the style and charm of the property. The house itself was beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and was very clean. The pool area was very nice but as it is March and the pool is not heated we wasn't really able to use it. I feel a car is essential as there isnt a lot to do in the immediate vicinity but 5-10 minutes drive will take you to some lovely places. We did have an issue with the WiFi which the host got onto straight away but unfortunately the engineer wasn't able to fully resolve it until the end of our stay. These things happen and it didn't distract too much from our stay. All in all, fabulous place in a beautiful part of the world. Would highly recommend.

We spend a lovely holiday in great house!Everything was as described, what you see is what you get! The deal was swift and clear!In Moraira we met a lovely local host!there we're no surprises! The house was very clean, the pool well maintained.The house was in every detail what we expected as it was decorated in a way you could see details matter! Would love to stay there again! Really lovely home. Beautiful location and clean house. Quick response time from Sonia, the owner. It is very possible that we will rent this house again. If we have to mention a negative thing, we think it was a great shame that all the garden furniture on the roof terrace was destroyed. Actually useless. Could only have wished for a lounge set, as well as a dining area on the other side of the house where the grill is located. There is some evening sun and early morning sun in that place. But the stay was overall super fantastic.

Nous avons passé un peu plus de trois semaines dans la maison de Sonia, et ce fut sans aucun doute l'un de nos plus beaux séjours.Tout était réuni pour des vacances réussies. La maison est parfaitement aménagée et équipée, ce qui la rend très agréable, même pour un long séjour. Son emplacement est également idéal : elle est le point de départ de magnifiques promenades matinales et se trouve à proximité de nombreuses criques superbes où passer l'après-midi. Enfin, les environs regorgent d'excellents restaurants, offrant un large choix pour découvrir la région.Un immense merci à Sonia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons créé de merveilleux souvenirs en famille et il est fort probable que nous revenions avec grand plaisir !

Cracking villa about 10 mins from Moraira port. It’s modern, relatively secluded, and gets sun all day as it’s south facing. Lovely big clean pool, great kitchen, bathrooms are lovely. The balcony upstairs is nice in the evenings. Just bring your mosquito spray, as like most spots in Spain the mozzies like to bite. The airco works great and is needed. It’s a quiet spot, though of course there is always some sort of building works going on in Spain! We found this area better than others and by 1500 most builders have left. The weekends were silent. The building works didn’t stop our enjoyment of the area. The villa is far enough from main roads that it’s quiet at night. You need a car to drive to the supermarket, MasyMas is close by and Mercadona is 15 mins away near Calpe. Moraira is great for bars and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond before the trip and contactable during. She also has a local rep for any issues, though we didn’t have any. We would definitely consider returning.

Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, sogar mit Meerblick vom oberen Balkon! Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details. Es ist alles für den Haushalt vorhanden. Grosszügige Umgebung. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kids! Wir können die Villa und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für die herrlichen Tage in Ihrem Haus. Ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaushaus.

Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr schön entworfen. Haus, Pool und Terrasse sind aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch die Innenarchitektur spricht sehr an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Villa würde ich meine Ferien wieder verbringen.

Superbe villa tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Si je cherche qqc à dire, je dirais ajouter un parasol (et eventuellement 2 petits fauteuils) pour aller à la plage. Pour le reste, tout était super.

Entspannte Tage im Traumhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Kika. Ein Traumhaus mit Traumpool! Das Haus ist sehr stimmig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – es fehlt an nichts. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist durch seine Größe und Tiefe perfekt! Check-in und Check-out, die Betreuung vor Ort – alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Danke für diese tolle Zeit! Wer keinen Sandstrand braucht erreicht kleine Badebuchten und auch Restaurants sogar fussläufig. Der Weg mit dem Auto nach Moraira oder auf die Nationalstrasse ist nicht lang aber kurvig und dadurch etwas mühsam. Dafür ist es ruhig und sehr erholsam!
