Quiet, Private,Treehouse Feel. Cozy up at Emma’s Loft in beautiful Strawberry Az

This charming 600 square foot studio/loft is located in a quite neighborhood perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Your own private entrance leads you to souring ceilings, a comfortable king size bed, perfect for sleeping in a little later than usual. A full kitchen with all the amenities to prepare great meals on the new LG gas stove. Kitchen also has a Large LG refrigerator with ice maker to keep those leftovers from spoiling and quartz countertops. The bathroom is Spa style with walk in shower which features a rain style shower head. A cozy sitting area which boasts an electric fireplace and 43" TV. It’s also a great area for catching up on a good book. A walk in closet for longer stays, a new gas grill sits on a private deck which feels much like your owe private treehouse. Parking available for your off road vehicle. Dog friendly,( well behaved, potty trained Please, FEE Applies, max 2), Nonsmoking Please. Check in at 2pm (if later then 7pm arrangements can be made) Check out is at 10AM. We have an Air mattress available for young children or an extra adult.
**If damage occurs or excessive clean up is needed we will contact you to work it out or you will be billed through VRBO to cover the losses. This includes the correct number of guests/dogs( no cats)be disclosed.
**No reservations is guaranteed until paid in full.

The Strawberry/Pine area has a lot to offer such as great hiking, Mountain biking, fun shops for antiquing, some great restaurants, and friendly people.
**Due to the” Backbone fire”, summer of 2021, Fossil Creek(hiking trail) is closed till further notice.

Snow- can happen anytime after Thanksgiving to mid March. We will let you know if a major storm is forecasted and offer a nice discount to get you here before it happens. If you do not take us up on this and you can not then get here, NO REFUND will be given.

**Be sure to purchase Trip Insurance, this covers you if you need to cancel for any reason!!
**Absolutely No Fireworks of any kind at anytime!!

The loft was wonderful and we enjoyed staying. Though we had to regrettably had to cut our stay short because our dogs did not adjust well, and unfortunately the weather was terrible. I would stay again if I could predict the weather or may stay in the summer during the warmer months. I think I will try to stay again next summer.

Do Three Stays Make Us "Regulars"?

Emma's Loft is a perfect spot for a couple's getaway to Strawberry. Close to town with easy access to the woods, trails, and scenery of Rim Country. This was our third stay, and we'll be back again.

Beautiful getaway

Emma's loft was absolutely amazing. My wife and I both really enjoyed our time on the patio. The place is super cute and the location was quiet and very peaceful.

Great weekend getaway

Headed for the mountains to escape the heat in Mesa for the weekend. This loft was perfect. Nice deck to enjoy the cool weather. BBQ for grilling steaks. And the electric fireplace was just enough when the evening got cold. So comfortable. Plus super responsive hosts. Will definitely come again. Thank you!

Cozy little place in peaceful area

I lovr this place it was so quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants and bars. Tbe host is amazing was always responded when i had any questions. Love the place so comfortable. I had everything i needed there for the stay. Definitely want to stay there again next time

Emma’s Loft is awesome!

Emma’s Loft is a true gem. It was very clean and quiet, and the layout of the loft was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck enjoying the beautiful view, and we were lucky enough to see elk walking through the property as well. We hope to stay here again.

Emma’s Loft is a gem of a property. This was our third stay and continues to be a favorite. Amazing Spot to stay!

What an amazing experience. The loft was so cozy and had a “home” feeling. Lisa and Brian did a great job at making it feel special with a HBD banner, sweet card, and tote to go home with. I would highly recommend this loft to anyone!

Fantastic place to stay!!! It was even better then the pictures were. So clean and had so much attention to detail. Comfortable bed and the decorations were fantastic! Such a well thought out use of the space.We loved being on the deck and seeing elk in the yard. We will definitely be back!

Just right for two

We love Emma's Loft and Brian and Lisa are wonderful hosts! The loft is just right for a couple -- three might be cramped, and there's no way to have parental privacy if you are visiting with a child. Trees, quiet, peace, elk, birds, coffee -- what else could you need?

Weekend Stay

We wanted a home base while we kayaked the Blue Ridge Resovoir. This was a quiet and relaxing place. Clean and perfect after a day on the water. We ventured into Payson and Pine as well. We always love visisting this area and about 20 degrees cooler from our home. We even saw an elk walk through the yard while having our morning coffee!

Absolutely Perfect

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Emma’s Loft. The loft is beautiful and equipped with everything you could want or need for a vacation stay; Lisa and Brian have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. And, they are totally accessible for any questions, needs, and/or suggestions. They are extremely attentive in the best way and just want to ensure the best experience possible, which we had! This was our second visit... hopefully many more to come!

Strawberry Serenity

Emma’s Loft was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Strawberry. The loft is super clean, comfortable, cozy and decorated with an abundance of “up north” charm. Brian and Lisa have done a superb job of creating this space and stocking it with everything you could need. We enjoyed every minute of our visit from the fresh cookies and welcoming personal note at our arrival to the visit from a herd of elk on the morning of our departure. Lisa and Brian are wonderful hosts! We will be looking forward to a return visit someday and would not hesitate to recommend Emma’s Loft to anyone who wants to spend some time in the Pine/Strawberry area.

As Good As Advertised

Lisa and Brian were welcoming and allowed us to have the dogs play together. We drove from the Phoenix area for Thanksiving since we couldn't be with family due to COVID. This was the best 2nd best option. It snowed, we hiked, mountain biked at the Bearfoot Trail and hung back at the loft which was more than cozy, festive, and comfortable. We would rent a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 100 times more.

Perfect Little Getaway

As soon as we walked through the door, I knew we found a little gem and was already planning for our return. There are countless thoughtful, creative touches throughout the loft. The place is immaculate and is fitted with top of the line furniture, appliances and even thermostats. It’s spacious but still feels cozy. We visited with our Golden retriever and three month old. There is plenty of space next to the super comfortable king size bed for a pack and play/bassinet (in case there were any other families thinking of traveling with their little one). Our dog loved the large fenced in yard to run around in. Brian and Lisa were easy to communicate with and very hospitable. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a small family trip. Can’t wait to visit again!

Brian and I visited Strawberry many years ago and fell in love with the area and weather. Both grew up in the Seattle area then moved to Surprise AZ on a whim back in 2002. Decided to escape heat and ended up in Strawberry. We built our forever home and want to share this great area with others.

Why they chose this property

The property is located on top of a hill surrounded by ponderosa pines and abundant wildlife.

What makes this property unique

We built this home knowing that we would be sharing this great area with others from the valley and farther places. The back yard is much like a Seattle landscape with the front yard left native. The Entrance to Emma's Loft is very private and extra care was taken to provide extra insulation for noise, heat and cooling. And our dog Ruckus loves the place.
