Nice - By the sea and on the Promenade des Anglais - On the 2nd floor of a luxury building - Very nice fully renovated apartment with a spacious living area comprising an entrance hall, a living room and a dining room eat facing south with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes and with access to a large terrace, two quiet bedrooms facing north with access to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC as well as an independent bathroom - Air conditioning - Parking in a closed garage box in the basement of the building.

Nice is Fantastic.

Great Flat in an ideal location. There is a small pizza place behind the building and a bakery close as well. Can not wait to come back.

Great location, great host, great communication. Highly recommended. Can’t have a better place. The four of us loved it. Very spacious, garage, if you need anything Edith is very responsive.

Beautiful View

The kitchen has been updated. The property has a beautiful view. It is loud on terrace because of the prime Promenade location. The tram stop is directly behind property which was ideal.

Perfect place in a perfect location

This is the place to stay when you want to visit Nice. The apartment is wow!!! Amazing views over The Promenade des Anglais. Everything was so pretty, was roomy and had lots of light and these gorgeous views!!!! Photos can't capture the full beauty of the scenery! we will be back for sure! Edith was extremely kind and dedicate, and check-in and check-out were very easy and efficent. Thank you, Edith!

Fantastic apartment

Nicht viel hinzuzufuegen: tolle Wohnung in bester Lage mit optimalem Meerblick. Sehr freundliche und gut organisiserte Vermieterin, alles supersauber und in gutem Zustand. Jederzeit wieder, wenn wir nochmals nach Nizza kommen!

Better than in the pictures

That apartment is even better than it’s shown in the pictures. The location is great, right on the promenade, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The Promenade can get a bit busy & nosy, but you can’t beat the view & the location. Both bedrooms face the quiet street on the back side of the building. The apartment is modern, clean & has everything you need to have a great stay.
