It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out full sofa bed and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 10 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.

We had a great time at this VRBO. The guest suite was very cozy with a very nice view of the bay to enjoy our morning coffee. It was close enough to downtown that we had no trouble walking, but far enough that the area was nice and quiet. The host was super responsive and very nice. I would definitely recommend and would go back the next time we are in Petoskey!

The back balcony provided terrific views, and being just a block from the beach made it easy to catch the perfect sunset.
