This sweet little house is newly renovated and a quick walk to Oaklawn Racing and Casino. Its a couple of miles to bath house row. Its features 2 bedrooms, and one bath with a large sun room addition with a sleeping area. Its comfortable and cozy with central heat and air. There is parking for 2 cars one of which is covered. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hot Springs is home to many beautiful lakes and biking trails. Bring some water containers to take home some of the best water you will ever taste. Its free, you just have to have a container.

Quick Stay

Our stay was for two nights for a weekend of dance competition!! The area was nice, check in was a breeze, and the home was CLEAN!! Much better than staying in a hotel. We will be back!!

A lovely home

We loved our stay. It was about 10 minutes to the water and theme park. And 5 minutes or closer to Walmart and all fast food places. The house was homey and spacious and well taken care of. Very clean. It was easy to talk to the owner and she was super nice. We had kids from 5 to 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 of our kids had to use an air up mattresses. And there was ample amount of walking space around them. The house smelled clean and didn’t smell of smoke or animals. We are very happy with our stay.

Hot Springs House

The house and amenities were clean and functioning. Rooms are bigger than you think from the outside. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but quiet and we didn't have any problems.

Great Stay for the Price

Just needed some extra space for a family get together in Hot Springs. It’s close to the casino. The house looks a little rough on the outside but the inside is updated and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.

Weekend Hot Springs adventure

Property is exactly as advertised. It's in an older quiet neighborhood literally 4 blocks down from the horse track. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook most any meals. Traveling with two teenagers that refuse to sleep in the same bed; it was imperative for us to have a place to where everyone had their own bed/ space. All the beds were comfortable with good quality linens. All linens were of good quality including towels. Check in & check out was seamless. Communication with host was good. Only drawback to this property for us seeing we were traveling with 2 teenagers; is that the property only had one bathroom. Wasn't the end of the world having only one bathroom, and next time we travel to Hot Springs if this property is available, we would definitely stay again.
