Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #122 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Beach Club 122 offers a bright, pleasant courtyard view. It has a modern kitchen, is freshly furnished, has new flat screen, high definition television sets in the living area and bedrooms.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Property is dated. Needs paint. Landscaping was pretty. Condo itself was very dated.
Dirty carpet, rusty shower with some wallpaper peeling. Kit hen faucet had hard water build up so bad my kids were scared to use water from the faucet. Spring break week so a bit noisy at night. Beach was beautiful and island was great.

Great getaway!
Roomy, clean, great balcony with nice view of ocean! Maybe bring your own pillows as there’s are all the same down pillows. Love the large pool, 2 hot tubs, and beach access! Parking is VERY tight for large vehicles (Full size pickups and large SUVs) underneath the building (6’ 3” clearance and tight spots) but if you get lucky you can get a spot out front to park. Cars, minivans, and small SUVs should have no problem parking under building, just stay under the clearance height with roof racks and such. Unit is a little dated but was clean and stocked with necessities. Low and high tides on the beach were always changing... there are large sandbars and puddles exposed during low tide to explore and the tide comes up pretty high. Luggage carts and grocery carts are available by the elevator for hauling your stuff up to your unit. We would recommend staying here.
