It features panoramic views of South Ponte Vedra's private beach area and the Atlantic Ocean. It has been newly furnished to guarantee your comfort and enjoyment in beautiful surroundings. The ocean side of the house includes a covered, laid back, deck complete with comfortable lounging furniture, outdoor dining, and a propane grill.

You will experience some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets you have ever witnessed, enjoy spending time on the wonderful beach, or relaxing in comfort of a luxury interior and enjoying the view.

This deck is accessed through the open 2nd floor living, dining, and kitchen areas that are set up to make sure your vacation party maximizes its socializing and fellowship for an unforgettable vacation. You can also access the deck and walkway with direct access to the beach from the hall bathroom. The dining area accommodates 8 people, overlooking a gourmet kitchen and stylish family room.

This large home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a master suite and private bath on the main floor (2nd), a hallway full bath with shower and laundry can also be accessed directly from the deck and beach.

On the upper level (3rd), there are two bedrooms and a large shared bath with tub, shower, and double vanity. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds, the other a king. Both have gorgeous views (one of the Atlantic, the other our magnificent Guana Preserve) and luxury bedding offers plenty of comfort.

On the first floor is a garage, and interior stairwell leading up to the 2nd floor living. It offers a covered patio with picnic table, as well as an outdoor shower.
