A lovely, spacious house with all the necessary elements for a family holiday. Four comfortable double or twin bedrooms (three upstairs, one ground floor which is en suite). A sunny, modern kitchen. Dining room and living room with views over the terrace, pool and surrounding area. Air conditioning in most rooms, vital in the summer months. The pool is not heated, but was pleasant and clean. The house is on a quiet hillside a few minutes' walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. It's a steeper walk on the return journey but we found it manageable. One point to be aware of: if you don't want to clean the house yourself at the end of your stay you must pre-arrange a cleaning service with the owners. It isn't included as standard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next time!

Tout a commencé par un bon contact avec les propriétaires, disponibles et réactifs pour que tout soit au mieux, un accueil chaleureux dans une belle maison, très joliment et confortablement aménagée. On s'y est sentis de suite comme chez nous. L'extérieur était magnifique, la vue superbe, la piscine impeccable. Le village de Leucate est agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité : commerces, plage, belles randonnées.Chaque membre de la famille y a trouvé son compte et on a passé de très belles vacances dépaysantes et reposantes.

Séjour agréable dans une très belle demeure

Le logement est très bien situé, très proche du centre ville, accessible à pied. Il est très très bien équipé, la literie est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, la climatisation est présente dans toutes pièces. Lit parapluie pour les enfants est disponible dans le logement. Il y a aussi un petit escabeau pour les petits afin qu'ils (elles) puissent se laver les mains ou aller aux toilettes. La piscine est sécurisée pour les enfants et pratique quand on souhaiter se baigner et "faire l'apéro". Le prix est justifié au regard des prestations proposées. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant dont le cadre est magnifique (vu sur mer depuis le salon, la terrasse et les deux chambres de l'étage). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles en cas de besoin et restent très discrets. Je recommande vivement ce logement, surtout si vous souhaitez bien vous reposer.

Tolles Anwesen, geräumiges Haus / Superbe domaine, maison spacieuse

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und netter persönlicher Kontakt / Propriétaires très aimables et contact personnel très agréable Tolle Lage am Rande von Leucate, zwischen Etang und Meer. Der Etang lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso der Bäcker und der Markt (Dienstag und Samstag). Zum Strand kommt man am Besten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. / Superbe situation à la périphérie de Leucate, entre l'étang et la mer. L'étang est facilement accessible à pied. De même que la boulangerie et le marché (mardi et samedi). L'accès à la plage se fait de préférence en vélo ou en voiture. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bot uns sieben genügend Platz. Es ist alle da was man von zu Hause kennt und braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, vollständige Küche und Zubehör. Anreisen und wohlfühlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! La maison est très spacieuse et nous offrait suffisamment de place pour nous sept. Il y a tout ce que l'on connaît et dont on a besoin à la maison : machine à café, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisine complète et accessoires. Arriver et se sentir bien ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
