This architectural masterpiece of offgrid living still has all the mod cons, including wifi! Featuring 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen set amongst untouched bush land above the famous Myponga Beach.

One queen sized bedroom, along with two single bedrooms PLUS one loft style queen sleeping space will accommodate a family or a group of friends. The home includes a bathroom running of pure (ozone filtered) rain water.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher and oven/stove top. The laundry includes a washing machine.

A slow combustion heater is the centre piece in the large open living space, with views out to the bush. Sit back and watch the wildlife go by. Enjoy the passive solar design of the home - meaning its construction and orientation mean that air conditioning is not required, cross ventilation and thermal insulation do all the work!

The home is situated in bush land, with trees all around - really making you feel like you are a world away from civilization, but you are only 10 mins from the trendy town of Myponga, and 5 min (drive) away from the famous and picturesque Myponga Beach.

Myponga Reservoir is now open for recreation, bring along your kayak or walking boots for hours of exploration. Myponga township boasts markets, Valley of Yore (cafe) and famous Smiling Samyod Brewery.

Our home is suitable for people with compromised mobility - the access to the house is by a compliant ramp, and once you are inside - everything is one level. Our Shower is wheelchair accessible The WC has rails etc (but it’s not a fully accessible loo for wheelchair users),

Please note that as the home is totally off grid and in dense bushland meaning it may not be suitable for some guests.

Our cleaning fee includes cleaning following your stay plus the laundering of our supplied line.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
