Sehr gut gelegene große Wohnung

Gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderfreunde. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es fehlen lediglich einige Haken im Bad für Handtücher und ein Toilettenpapierhalter im WC - sonst ist alles vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Séjour entre amis

Super séjour entre amis sur le port de Soller. L'emplacement de l'appartement est top, 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces. Le parking est un énorme plus. L'appartement est très grand et pas trop chaud même si les températures peuvent être chaudes à l'extérieur. A refaire.

Nett aufgeteilte Wohnung verkehrstechnisch guter Lage

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sinnvoll aufgeteilt und hat drei geräumigen Schlafzimmer. Die zweite separate Toilette ist sehr praktisch auch wenn wir eh nur mir drei Personen dort waren. Die geräumige Küche ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig zweckmäßig mit großem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank , Ceranfeld, Microwelle, Toaster, usw. ! Problem ist dass für 20 Personen Teller da sind, aber nur 4 Weingläser und z.B. keine Eierbecher. Kann man noch ein wenig dran arbeiten. Technischer Problem: Auf der FEWO App werden keine Reinigungskosten oder Zusatzkosten für eine Sonntags-An-/Abreise ausgewiesen. Auf der Internetseite funktionierte dieses später. Aber nur in englisch, mitten in einer komplett in einer deutschen Seite. Da wir über die App gebucht hatten gab es dann Diskussionen wegen den restlichen Kosten (90,-) die wir dann aus Nettigkeit gezahlt haben. Lage: Wir konnten direkt auf dem verschlossenen Hof parken was sehr praktisch ist. Die kleine Sackgasse hätte zwar auch noch Platz gehabt aber so war es halt sicherer. Die angeblich ruhige Lage entpuppte sich allerdings als Fehlinformation. Das ganze Haus ist umzingelt von Schafweiden. Das Schafgeschrei wäre teils noch dass kleinere Problem wenn nicht fast alle Schafe eine Glocke umgehabt hätten. In den letzten 2 Tagen wurden die Schafe umgetrieben auf die Vorderseite was dann die Nächte etwas erträglich machte. Da man aber nur ca. 50 m von der Tunnelausfahrt weg wohnt, ist der Blick auf das Gebirge zwar schön, aber tagsüber hört man trotzdem den Verkehr. Chillen auf dem Balkon geht leider anders. Von der Wohnung ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand und hat trotzdem keine Parkprobleme. Sehr Praktisch . In Zeiten ohne Schafe auf jeden Fall eine gute Wohnung in Sachen Preis/Leistung.

Sóller im Oktober

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und weiträumige Wohnung gefunden. Trotz Mitternacht hat der Vermieter uns freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und eines Waldstückes mit Schafen und Glocken. Für eine bessere Transparenz würde ich empfehlen die Sondergebühren aufzulisten. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

wunderbare Wohnung

Die positiven Bemerkungen der anderen Rezensionen kann ich alle bestätigen und verzichte deshalb auf eine nochmalige Aufzählung. Es sind auch nur 5 Minuten zu 2 Supermärkten, wo man alles kaufen kann. Und man kann im Hof parken, also auch kein Problem, wenn man mitr dem Mietwagen anreist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung..sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr groß es gibt wirklich genug platz für 6 Personen. Der Balkon geht einmal um die Wohnung herum und bietet Sonne oder Schatten wie man es grad möchte. Küche war für 4 Personen auf jeden fall ausreichend ausgestattet. Zum Strand und zur Promenade läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Wir hatten gute Erfahrungen mit der Verwalterin..sie war zur vereinbarten Zeit da und auch der mail Kontakt im Vorfeld war problemlos. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Viele grüße

tolle Wohnung in Port de Soller

Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum ist aber nur 5 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Daher gibt es keine Parkprobleme und keine übermäßig störenden Geräusche. Port de Soller ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Tramuntana Gebirges. Viel Platz in gemütlich eingerichteten 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Küche und tolle Terrasse an 3 Seiten des Hauses (zu jeder Tageszeit ein sonniges Plätzchen). Die Strasse hinter dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht, weil nur wenig Verkehr ist und die Strasse hir endet (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Toller Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön -wie auf den Fotos! - und sauber. Der Balkon, der die Wohnung umläuft, bietet je nach Wunsch, die Sonnen- oder die Schattenseite. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Zu viert war das Geschirr echt knapp. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Strand und nach Port de Soller mit schönen Geschäften und Restaurants läuft man etwa 5-10 Minuten. Auf einer Seite ist hinter den Bäumen eine Straße, die in den Tunnel führt. Diese ist leider nachts und in den frühen Morgenstunden manchmal zu hören. Tipp an den Vermieter: Suchen Sie sich eine andere Verwalterin, da diese sehr unzuverlässig war. Zum vereinbarten Termin am Beginn unseres Aufenthalts war sie leider nicht erschienen. Erst nach mehrfachen Anrufen ist es uns gelungen, sie zu erreichen. Dann wusste sie nicht, wer wir waren und welche Wohnung wir beziehen wollten. Etwa eine Stunde nach der verabredeten Zeit ist sie erst erschienen und konnte uns zu unserer Wohnung führen. Dort war dann noch die Putzfrau beschäftigt. Somit war der Beginn unseres Urlaubs leider nicht sehr erfreulich! Aber es war insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Domizil.
