This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay Side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed with a 48" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom both have a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a mini Keurig machine. The condo is tiled in the common areas and there is new carpeting in both bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
