Floor-to-ceiling glass offers views of the secluded patio and private oversized spa offer unparalleled privacy. This townhome sits on an east-facing lot that enjoys the morning sun. The furnishings all boast designer flair, giving the overall space a clean, sophisticated feel. Approximately 1,400 square feet of open concept living space keeps the home feeling open and airy. After spending the evening soaking in the hot tub or enjoying a cocktail in the fresh air, enjoy movies or your favorite sports via the Spectrum Cable TV app on Roku. Additional amenities include 5.1 surround sound, electric blackout roller shades in the coveted primary bedroom, dimmable lighting in all rooms, whole-house water softener and filtration, and serving dishes.

This modern vacation town-home is located just a few blocks from Palm Canyon Drive, the main street of Palm Springs, making it mere minutes to downtown, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the I-10 freeway. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is also nearby, within a 5-mile drive. A few favorite places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails at Tahquitz Canyon will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Christmas 2023
We acomplished having are away from home Christmas. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and kept the children busy.The home was clean and linens were perfect. Our Chrismas felt like home. We loved it!
