Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No central air. Stayed here with our 2 daughters, their spouses and 2 grandchildren for a wedding in Lyons. Our location was perfect for exploring Estes Park and nearby Lyons and Boulder. The house was perfect and lacked nothing. The hosts and our contact Leah made sure all was ready for us and were very communicative. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed at this beautiful home for 5 nights and it was lovely in every way. It was clean, spacious, and wow, what a view from the kitchen and living room onto the deck. The home is tucked back from the busy-ness of town, but within a 5-minute drive. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Estes.

Perfect all around

This was a perfect location for what our family needed. The home was located close enough to downtown and was still located in an area that was quiet. We woke up everyday watching elk and deer. The house was exactly as described and was our home away from home. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone going to Estes Park.

Estes Park Retreat

My family and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at this property at Estes. The host and owner were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was conveniently located to Estes, RMNP and Route 7 toward Allens Park. We visited RMNP several times as long as you go early (before 8 am). Shopping in Estes was a treat but kind of touristy. We had elk and deer stroll through the yard which thrilled my grandsons. We wish we could have stayed longer but would do it again in a heartbeat.

Stunning

A magnificent home, elk in the yard greeting us when we arrived. Host Leah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was a great source of information. The home was even better than the pictures. The decor was incredible. Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, the garage playroom was such a nice addition for pre-dinner games. The more perfect home for 2 families. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place in Estes

Stayed for 3 nights to be close to Rocky Mountains. This place was beautiful. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage made into playroom with ping pong, darts, foosball, and basketball. Kitchen fully loaded with accessories needed for preparing meals. Back porch to watch the animals come nearby. Close to Estes park town and grocery store. Check in so convenient and easy communication with owners. Would love to have stayed for more nights. Ideal place to stay!

Wonderful house in Estes Park

We enjoyed our visit to Estes Park and our stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 young adult children). The table games in the garage were an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several dinners at the house after busy days at RMNP.

Family wedding & reunion

We had a great time! Great location - we could walk to town and Lake Estes. Easy access to the National Park. We also had a lovely time gathering there with family members from all over the country. We had two of our family members stay in the apartment next door that is also available and that worked out great! Will definitely rent this place again!

Estes Park Getaway

This property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with top-notch pots, pans, and appliances. When we had an issue with the stove, the response by the host was immediate. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious. We got close-up views of wildlife almost daily! We would definitely stay again!

Like new property. Great for larger groups with multiple gathering areas. Property manager was fantastic, very quick to respond. While very close to downtown, it’s not really walkable.

Incredible Estes Park Home!

I've stayed in numerous vacation homes in Estes Park and this has to be my favorite. The home was perfect for our New Year's Eve family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing, we got to see a ton of wildlife from the back deck. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking. We'd love to stay at this home again!

Great house in the perfect location!

The house was great! It was cozy, spacious, clean and had great views. We saw deer right outside our patio. We had plenty of everything we needed. The host was responsive and there was great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Estes. So close to so many shops, restaurants and the beautiful river walk area! I promise you will love it!

Perfectly Wonderful Stay in Estes Park Time

Great space, amazingly furnished, terrific comfortable beds both floors! House worked great for 3 couples and great times on deck in back of house, even warm blankets available for chilly eves on deck! Was a wonderfully peaceful spot early am and great walking distance from great Village of Estes Park. Leah was amazingly helpful with suggestions for wildlife watching…. And all else. She blessed our time!Would love to go back again and again!!!

Rocky Mountain stay

We were needing a house that could accommodate 3 different sets of families to stay for a wedding in Estes Park and this location was perfect! It is just as described and the location was perfect! It was easy to get in and out of the area even with snowy conditions throughout our stay. The photos don't do it justice. We were able to use the grill for dinners and the hosts allowed us to have a large group over after the wedding. If you're looking for a large yet cozy place to stay in Estes, Mountain Memories is perfect!

Best VRBO house we've stayed in

We travel quite a lot, and nearly always use VRBO for rentals to suit our large family. This home was the most well-equipped, cleanest, and *nicest* house we've stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything you might need for your comfort. Very impressive. Location was fantastic, too - easily walkable to/from downtown Estes Park, but didn't feel at all like a city house. Great view, elk in the neighborhood. We would absolutely both recommend this property and stay here again ourselves.

Perfection

We recently stayed at this home for a week when we were in Estes Park for a family wedding. I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it felt like home, not just a rental! It is a well built and well-maintained home. The attention to detail was amazing, whether it be basics in the kitchen, places to hang coats, plenty of towels, etc. The location is great as it was minutes from any place we wanted to go. The outdoor space was perfect and we enjoyed watching for Elk. Our contact with Leah was great and she was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home and if we are ever in Estes Park again, this home would be our choice!

Colorado getaway

The house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. Plenty of room to spread out. Excellent furnishings and appliances with many games available for use. Beautiful deck off the kitchen in back with gas grill and gas fire pit. Saw several deer and elk walk by. The weather wasn’t as expected with six inches of snow early in September! But we made the best of it. Good location to do many things in that part of Colorado.

Marvelous Mountain Retreat

My family enjoyed our stay in this house tremendously. It is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a lovely community which feels very private and in the middle of the forest. The house is spotless - very beautifully taken care of and with many thoughtful ammenties. Our host Leah was easy to reach, extremely responsive on every question and loaded with wonderful suggestions about activities and places to eat. We really appreciated all of the advice and resources. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the top and bottoms floors makes a great layout for a multi family getaway. We wish we had had more family members with us to enjoy this terrific spot. The location is really convenient and there is so much room to spread out. We did not have enough time to take full advantage of this gem and we will definitely look for opportunities to come back. We enthusiastically recommend this home for anyone looking for a totally relaxing and comfortable retreat. And Rocky Mountain National Park is a fantastic place to visit many times so we will be sure to come back for a longer visit.

Loved our time in Estes Park

This home was the most beautiful any of us have stayed in. The entire house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed; kitchen, bathrooms, blankets, etc. All the comforts of home. Every detail was so well thought out. We loved the deck with the seating area around the fire pit, the large table and chairs for outdoor dining, the clean outdoor grill, and the wonderful, view. Such a peaceful place to just sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The location was great - walkable and easy access to town. We would like to add that Leah was incredibly communicative and helpful. We were especially grateful for the heads up about the timed entry system for RMNP, which I experienced during covid but wouldn't have thought the system was still in place! We were also happy to meet Mike, our host, and thankful for his assistance. We are so happy we found your amazing home. We have talked about a Colorado trip for years and we lifelong friends (including 2 sets of sisters) had a wonderful, memorable time!

We absolutely love this house and would stay here again. We arrived late in the evening, so when we woke up to the beautiful Mountain View we were pleasantly surprised! The house was perfect for our group of 7 - two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The layout was great for game night and hosting my niece's bridal brunch. The kitchen was well-stocked and the deck was large with lots of seating for reading and relaxing and eating.

My wife and I both feel very blessed to live here! We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors especially in the summer. Also blessed to have raised our 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) in Estes Park! Though not over yet , we have both spent our entire careers here in Estes Park. We like to travel and just getting away to see something new. I also like meeting and getting to know new people from all over, seeing friends at a local happy hour, hiking and fly fishing. Enjoying our grandson and granddaughter makes the cut too! ....actually they probably top the list especially for Cindy!
