The house extends generously over 228 m2 and 2 levels of living space. On the lower floor of the house is the large and very cozy living room, a bathroom and a spacious rustic-style kitchen. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. Especially noteworthy is the well-maintained and very green outdoor area of this farm, with a furnished terrace, a separate barbecue area and the beautiful pool area. The Mediterranean garden invites you to relax under shade trees with several loungers and relaxation corners.



La Finca Sort offers you the perfect balance between a good starting point for excursions in all directions, for example, to the beach, to the mountain or to the original towns of Mallorca, and welcomes you back "home" with its cozy atmosphere and absolute privacy after an exciting day.



The house is not only a few kilometers from Inca with its numerous shopping options and the largest weekly market in Mallorca, but also very close to localities known for viticulture such as Binissalem, Alaró, Consell, and Santa María, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
