Spotlessly clean, fabulous location. Is better than it looks in the pictures. The complex is gated & very secure; a short walk to the promenade. Wont hesitate to book again!

A quiet retreat.

The property delivered exactly what we were looking for and more! Not overlooked and in such a quiet residential area that belies its actual location. 2 major Supermarkets within walking distance. 10-15mins to a beautiful beach with the seafront restaurants / bars / shops. So good we’ll go back again.

House is relatively new and clean. Safe in gated community and close walkable distance to restaurants, supermarket and beach. You only receive one pair of towels for the week which is a bit of a let down.

Perfect and Peaceful Stay

There were two of us and the property was just what we needed. Very close to everything but private and peaceful. Short drive into the old town. We found the bedding a little odd but assume that was a one off! The small pool was much appreciated and table and bbq area was very pleasant.

Great location and perfect stylish house!

We had a wonderfull holiday in this lovely villa which has everything you could need. Lovely and clean, outside area is simply perfect, pool is perfect size. Long chairs around the pool are really peacefull. Amazing location at 5 minutes walking distance from the central sandy beach, shops and many restaurants. Overall a wonderfull time and will definitely recommend to friends and will come back as soon as possible.

Javea revisited!

We have stayed in Javea and nearby Moraira many times over recent years. This is our first visit to this villa which we chose as we knew it was an easy walk to the beach and shops. The walk takes about 10 minutes. The villa was ideal for us, and was well equipped for our needs. Everything in the villa is new and exceptionally clean so we felt really relaxed on arrival. The outside space is great with its pool and amazing Naya. We would definitely recommend this villa for couples and small families.

Jolie petite maison, mais précisions à apporter

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, et la maison est joliment décorée et assez bien équipée. Nous néanmoins avons deux sujets quelque peu embêtants :. Il faut savoir tout d'abord que la distance à la mer est plus longue qu'annoncée : 7 minutes alors qu'il en faut minimum le double, et qu'il y a une route très passante à traverser : impossible dès lors de laisser les enfants y aller seuls (alors que c'était pour nous un argument important). Deuxième souci : la chambre a lits superposés est minuscule, sans fenêtre et avec une climatisation totalement inefficace (contrairement à celles des autres chambres qui fonctionnent bien). Résultat : la chambre était une étuve et notre fils a du aller partager la chambre de sa soeur tout le séjour. Au final, rien de dramatique mais c'est tout de même problématique au vu du prix de location pratiqué.

Cher Monsieur, Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez passé un très agréable séjour chez nous. Cependant nous voudrions apporter quelques rectifications à vos "précisions". Nous avons reçu votre commentaire quand nous étions nous-mêmes à Javea et avons immédiatement été vérifier sur place vos remarques qui s'avèrent être fort heureusement infondées. - Nous avons refait à pieds le trajet de la plage à allure normale en suivant d'autres vacanciers passant par là. Nous avons marché tranquillement très exactement 6 minutes 33 secondes au lieu des 7 minutes annoncées sur l'annonce. Si vous estimez le double de temps c'est que vous avez été soit tout au bout de la plage soit que vous vous êtes arrêtés un bonne dizaine de fois sur un si court chemin. Dans les deux cas votre remarque n'est par conséquent pas fondée. - La rue très passante dont vous parlez ne doit pas être empruntée. La personne qui vous a accueilli vous a donné une clé qui ouvre les portes des extrémités de notre petit quartier privé ce qui vous évite de devoir marcher sur cette simple rue à deux bandes de circulation. Vous vous retrouvez ainsi directement sur un passage pour piétons qui vous permet de rejoindre la plage par une petite rue. - A aucun moment vous ne nous avez fait savoir que l'air conditionné avait un problème. Nous ne l'avons appris que par le locataire suivant et avons directement fait remplacer la machine sans même chercher à la réparer pour éviter au locataire toute contrariété. Notre homme à tout faire réagit toujours immédiatement au moindre problème. Nous tenions à apporter ces précisions afin d'éviter tout malentendus comme le confirment les autres commentaires reçus.

Hemos quedados encantados con este bungalow. El apartmanto es exactamente igual que en las fotos, esta decorado con muchisimo gusto. Aparte, el hecho de tener una piscina privada, una barbacoa y aires acondicionados en las habitaciones es un plus sin igual. Volveriamos encantados a este lugar.
