The property was cozy clean and comfortable. The owner even had bottled water in the fridge and two croissants from Wegmans for me. It was quiet and conveniently located.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this property that is conveniently located to downtown Ithaca. Very clean and efficient. Only surprise was the sulphur smell when we turned on the water, which deterred me from showeringThe host provided bottled water, though, and fresh fruit, a small box of pastries, snacks and canned seltzers, which we appreciated. When the power went out to one side of the property and we notified the host, it was turned on within a reasonable time frame.

We had a problem with our water filtration system. We have a brand new system now & the water is great! Thank you for letting us know so we could get it fixed.

Very Comfy

Our stay was great! This space is a quaint, comfortable, and cozy space that feels like a mini retreat with a genuinely hospitable owner. Conveniently located near both Cornell U. and Ithaca College. I would definitely do this again.
