This is a fantastic house! Nick is a super super host and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Ideally located in Estes Park and the house is so clean and every amenity you will need in the kitchen and throughout the house. Wonderful views from the deck in the morning and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Estes Park. Nick’s place is amazing. It has a great feel to it and it’s spacious. My family had a great weekend and this is one of the best properties I have stayed in. Nick was very easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. The location in Estes Park was perfect—-easy to get to places and lots of wildlife around. Definitely would stay here again!

The VIEW alone is worth it. There might be neighbors but you barely even see them. Easy to get to, great proximity to town and to the national park. The host was amazing, great communication. We had a really windy day, but inside the house you could barely hear anything.
The occasional furry friend just outside.

Beautiful house in an amazing location

The house is so beautiful and the host was so welcoming to us. We hosted a small wedding reception there and this house was absolutely perfect for our event. Highly recommend!

Family Wedding Weekend

We loved staying here. The house is fabulous with lots of space to lounge around both indoors and outside. The location is great - near to town yet a real mountain-like feel. Overall it was a perfect choice for our family weekend.

Perfect stay for our elopement.

We booked this stay for our micro wedding / elopement and it was perfect for our needs. Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood not far from the essentials. Host was quick to respond to our inquiries and made our check in and stay a breeze.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay. It was for my son’s wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. It was the perfect place for a wedding reception. I highly recommend this place. The host was very nice and answered any questions we had.

Great Time With Old Friends

Beautiful, well-furnished, large house. Very comfortable chairs and beds, lots of kitchen space, and a beautiful, quiet wooded setting. Lots of elk and wild turkeys passing through.

Great family time

Early March stay. We arrived in Estes Park in a snow storm and was able to unload our food and stuff from the attached garage. The kitchen was well stocked for Grandma to cook.It was a very nice home.

The space was perfect. We hosted a wedding reception there and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. There is no AC but plenty of windows to cool it down. It also helped that the home was equipped with multiple small but high powered fans.
