Freshly updated house tucked in a quiet neighborhood 1/2 way b/t Sullivan's Island & Shem Creek. Covered back patio with 55 inch smart tv, comfy chairs, gas fire pit, gas grill, dining table and mounted fans to keep you cool and the bugs away. Bring your dogs! Large fenced back yard with doggie bags provided and a hammock by the banana trees!
Pack lightly! We have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need! Boats, paddleboards, kiteboards- you have plenty of storage. Outdoor shower for you and a dog wash for your pups. Only 11 minutes to downtown! Harris Teeter and Publix supermarkets about 1.2 miles away(straight down Chuck Dawley Blvd), Trader joe's and Whole Foods are 5 minutes away. Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. 4 person max. 2 car max. Have a boat- the driveway can accommodate it. Our stay was wonderful! The home was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and cozy for both our family and our dogs. The backyard was perfect for the pups to run around and for us to relax and unwind.The location was excellent—centrally located and convenient for all of our activities and travels during our trip. Brandon was an outstanding host: friendly, responsive, easy to communicate with, and always on top of everything.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Highly recommend!
I love how you can communicate with the owner quickly. He reaches out to ensure your stay is nearly perfect. The property is perfectly nestled in Mt Pleasant in what seems like an ordinary neighborhood. It is quiet and safe and you must enjoy the outside firepit for eating and great conversation. Though it is pet friendly, you are greeted by a fun little place that can be romantic and offer easy access to nearby beaches, the town itself, or Charleston. We loved both the inside large walk in shower as well as the private outside shower.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and close to family we were visiting. Our two golden retrievers were traveling with us, and Brandon had treats waiting for them!
Great backyard for dogs and people! Great location in Mt. Pleasant, close to many delicious restaurants and shops and so close to the water. Home was really well stocked if you forgot anything.
The backyard space was very nice for dog owners as well as anyone really to relax after a day in Charleston. The house was nice and clean and equipped with any necessities for a trip. Would recommend this place absolutely!
We were in town for parents weekend. This house was perfect for relaxing. Perfect location to Downtown Charleston and to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, private backyard with perfect sitting area. House was clean. Brandon checked in to see if we needed anything, great communication. Super cute updated house.

Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked. Communication with property owner was responsive. Loved the backyard for us and our dog. Property owner had dog bowls and towel which we felt was a very thoughtful touch. Definitely would recommend this rental.

Great dg friendly home and great location. Short drive to the beach Sullivan Island and Isle of Palm. Close to great restaurants. Clean an the back yard is very relaxing.
We loved the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do. We really loved the backyard with comfortable chairs and a nice tv outside so we could watch football games. The weather was perfect so we could relax and drink coffee outside in the mornings.
Loved my stay at Caymans Cottage! So clean and very nicely manicured backyard. My pup was in pure heaven. Great location — close to Shem Creek, Sullivans Island, and the interstate to take you downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!
We really enjoyed this home especially with the great fenced backyard with covered patio. Very cute and nicely decorated. Isle of Palm and Sullivan Island beaches are just a short drive. Restaurants in Mt Pleasant are close by and Charleston is easily accessible. Would stay here again!
We had a delightful stay topped with excellent hospitality. The home is just as pictured with great space to unwind inside and out. Brandon greeted us with a personal note at the property when we arrived and a text making sure we had what we needed. Not intrusive- just good service.Make sure to have breakfast at Sunrise Bistro and dinner at Page’s Okra! Great property close to everything! Thanks for a great stay!

Salt water is in my blood. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay makes me appreciate the beauty and culture Charleston offers. As an avid kiteboarder- the ocean is less than 10 minutes away and frequently utilized!

Amazing backyard patio! This house is super close to the beaches, Shem Creek, and downtown but yet tucked quietly away in a cozy neighborhood. Open, airy, coastal farmhouse comfort hits you as you walk in. I wanted a dog friendly place- covered patio for outdoor dining, binge watching tv or your favorite book and a large fenced yard for dogs. After all, dogs need vacation too! Simple is better . Don't forget ... the outdoor shower and dog wash.
What makes this property unique
Pack'n Play available upon request. Your own house, driveway, boat parking, storage for all your extra gear. 2 Smart tv's. Pack lightly - we have your bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, grill, fully stocked kitchen and a big large fenced backyard. Enough toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags for a 3 night stay. If staying longer, may need to pick up additional. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This will refill toiletries and ensure the house is maintained. Billing will be separate.
