Our villa "CleiaSol" is located in the south-west of Menorca in a very quiet area by the sea.
It is an attractively designed semi-detached house with the following features:
4 bedrooms with double beds (for 8 people), 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms upstairs
with balcony and sea view, 1 room on the ground floor with access to the garden terrace.
Spacious living-dining area with fireplace, satellite TV, safe, open kitchen with fitted kitchen, good kitchen equipment (stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
Garden with pool and palm trees, sun beds
Other equipment:
Each bedroom with 1 double bed, built-in closet, ceiling fan,
Living-dining area with satellite TV and safe.
For the cooler days, the house has well-tempered underfloor heating.

Nearby (approx. 350 m) is a beautiful marina (marina) with over 30 restaurants and bars with live music (in the summer months),
several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity

Bathing and swimming:
beautiful rocky bay with clear water directly at the house for swimming and swimming (photo).
Sandy Beach: 2 large beautiful sandy beaches 400 m (Calan Bosch bathing bay) and 700 m away (Son Xoriguer bathing bay - see also 3 photos)

Laundry Service:
Duvet covers with linen change 1-2 times a week and towels included.

Rental prices per day (rate per day):

May 01.05. until May 31, = 130.- €
June 01.06. until June 30th, = 160.- €

The rental is private. Minimum rental period 7 days, in July and August
if possible 2 weeks.
Prices include final cleaning, laundry service (with bed linen and towel change 1-2 times a week), electricity, water, garbage.
Heater:
Underfloor heating creates a very pleasant indoor climate in the colder months.

Arrival by plane:
From Germany: Direct flights to Menorca (Mahon) on Thursday and Sunday.
On the other days either via Mallorca (Palma) or Barcelona and then
with Iberia / Vueling to Menorca.
Airport shuttle (bookable through property management) or rental car at the airport.
It is 55 km from the airport to the villa in Calan Bosch.
