Good place for my family of 6 to crash during Michigan Tech's Family and Parent weekend. 15 minutes from campus, nice kitchen and dining areas, everyone got their own bedroom.
The house was clean and well organized. Everything was there to make the stay pleasant. The location was also perfect for moving our son into Michigan Tech for his freshman year.
The hosts were very welcoming and even left a gift when they learned that our stay was to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The house was very clean and was warm and cozy despite the winter weather. We would definitely stay here again
We stayed for 5 days. The house was well stocked, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Owners were very easly accessible. The house was clean and cooled down for us in this July heat. Close to the trail and close to Houghton. I highly recommend this house for your stay. Neighborhood was quite and parking was great for 2 trucks and trailers plus our 2 sxs. Will stay again when we can. Thank you to the host.
This was a nice comfortable stay for a late season snowmobile trip. Five bedrooms are perfect for a group of individuals like we had. We enjoyed the nice big TV and comfortable seating in the living room. Trail access is just a few blocks away. Communication was excellent!
Everything was great, host was very quick to communicate when we had questions and house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed including parking space and close to the trails.
The property was as described and we really enjoyed being there! Had everything we needed to make meals, close to MTU/Houghton. The owners were very responsive and I really appreciated being able to bring our dogs so my son could visit with them while he stayed with us. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!
We stayed here for our son's graduation from MTU. It was not to far away from Houghton which was nice. Located in a quiet area which was nice as well. Hosts were very nice and when we needed them they were there quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here
Good place for some guys on a snowmobile trip, and we had lots of snow so good sledding. Nice big TV for watching football and whatever. Only ideas for improvement would be to include a picture of exterior of house for reference, and parking with trailers was tough because it snowed so much.
This home was very cozy and homey. It was inviting and very spacious. It was perfect for home cooked meals and lots of family time! This home was spaced perfectly between all the busy towns for sight seeing around copper harbor and agate beach. Also a quick trip to the keweenaw bay.
We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Michigan Tech. Tanya and Nate were awesome to communicate with and readily available when we had some minor issues. I would recommend this cozy cottage for any event with a small or large group. Very clean and well kept! Easily located and plenty of parking. Pleanty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the fact that there were air mattresses available in the master closet for a couple unexpected guest that joined us. When you are looking for a great place to stay, please give them an opportunity to host your group.
