We stayed here for two nights over the MLK weekend. Nicely furnished unit with plenty of sleeping options. Check-in and check-out process was easy and cleaning fee was reasonable. Would stay here again

Uncomfortable
The couches had an unpleasant aroma from many previous guests. There wasn't any cushion left in the couch. You felt the bars as soon asyou sat down. When attempting to recline in the chair we had to place a half flat plow underneath our legs. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit anywhere in the house. All pillows in the house were flat in both the living room and bedrooms. The bed felt like a slab of concrete that someone slapped sheets on top. I was actually sore after my attempted slumber. The heaters on the floor were so caked in dust and debris. I hated to think that this was blown into the air and our lungs. The fur inure was way past time for replacement. I didn't get a decent night's sleep., couldn't relax. We left after 2 nights of our intended 4 night stay and booked a hotel.

Thank you for your frank review.
I'm sorry that my condo did not meet your expectations.
Of course, the comfort of my guests is very important to me.
For this reason, I will be updating the worn furniture and firm mattresses soon.
Everything was as described. We knew we liked Wildernest as we have stayed in this neighborhood before. This unit had the most completely equipped kitchen we have enjoyed in years. It was bright, well furnished and comfortable. We could have stayed a month but life happens.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone with family who wants to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.
Minutes from many attractions room was clean and ready water pool was nice and hot even wile it was snowing outside trail just t the back of property the building is on high hill so make sure to bring 4x4 if snow
This is our second stay at this location. Steve is wonderful to work with. The property is clean, comfortable and roomy. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there. The balcony is such a nice touch. We loved starting our mornings with coffee, mountain views and fresh mountain air. We enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after a busy day of adventures. We will definitely stay again!
Great property. Everything about it was great and as per the description except one thing - it smells real bad.

I apologize for the smokey smell. The guest before you left the flue open, allowing ash to be blown back into the condo. The situation was rectified by having the carpet shampooed.
This property worked great for our family of 5. We have 3 kids, but you could easily put another kid in the bunk bedroom. We prepared all our meals at the condo and the kitchen is well stocked. Even had a crockpot! It was warm cozy and inviting.
Upon walking into the condo unit, it felt like walking into a friend's living room. Very roomy and comfortable. The cool 70s vibe was all around . . . but in an inviting and nostalgic way. Great furnishings and kitchen nicely appointed. Would have like to have some kindling/fires-tarter available for the fireplace, but the authentic wood-burning fireplace with wood on the balcony was awesome.
Booking and communication with owner was very easy and pleasant, i wish they gave you better map/layout of the property when booking, as it's up on the side of the mountain with many similar resorts.

Hi Kirsten,
Thank you for your feed back.
I am sorry you had trouble finding the condo.
Do you have any ideas on how I can give better directions ?
Currently I give the google maps way to find the Condo "You can google "Tokay Dr, Silverthorne" to find the condo." in the e-mail. This takes you right to the parking lot.
The directions attachment pdf has a map to the condo from the highway with a detailed view of the condo area. Along with the step by step directions.
Steve
Steve was wonderful to work with. He was easy to reach and he answered questions quickly. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was completely stocked with guest comfort in mind. Items such as fans, humidifiers, housekeeping supplies, etc. We were delighted to find spices, popcorn, coffee etc. in the kitchen. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. It was hard to leave. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Steve!
It was nice location close to all activities and central to different attractions in the area. It was big enough to accommodate family of 5. Kitchen was big to prepare meals and enjoy with family. Lot of pots and pans and electric griddle provided to prepare any food.
The condo was exactly as represented, well equipped and very functional. We also liked that there were no steps to climb after a full day of skiing. The decor is dated but nonetheless very enjoyable and we would stay there again.
Everything was great. It was very clean, and everything we needed was supplied - even wood for the fireplace. The only suggestion we have is that the carpet is somewhat stained and needs to be replaced.
This was a great place to stay. There was everything there that you would need. Everything was great, very clean, quiet, lots of room and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here (2 adults, kids 13,10 & 1). We had more than enough space and the condo had everything we might need. Hiking trail heads were close and the free bus system was a total bonus.
The pool was a nice bonus for “down time” along with the rec room. We felt very much at home and the view is hard to beat.
