Wooden Fence all the way around, providing full privacy in the back. Patio Set with a propane Fire Pit to enjoy as well as a table with chairs to enjoy a meal outside.

Every room has ceiling fans. All bedrooms have Smart TVs ready to stream your favorite shows. Can comfortably sleep 8 so the whole family can come. High Speed Internet through Xfinity.

Smart locks on the home so checking in is extremely easy. Home features an Alarm system with three cameras. One is on the Doorbell, one facing the Driveway, and one facing the side gate entrance.

Fort Myers beach a 25 minute drive pending traffic. Downtown Fort Myers 20 minute drive. Sun Splash water park down the street from the house 5 minute drive.

Access to the whole property, with no space shared with anyone else. Please be honest with how many people are staying at the house. Reach out to us with any changes.

Our home has self check in but we are only a phone call away.

Less than one mile away to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. Water park, bowling, mini-golf is all less than 5 minutes away.

FGCU tour

We stayed for a long weekend. House was very clean and check-in was easy. House was perfect! Location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and not far from Pine Island. Pool was nice. Quiet neighborhood which is nice. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Wonderful house

The house was perfect, three nice bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The outside patio area was great, the fire pit was nice on the cool mornings. The pool looked very nice with the lights at night, but it was too cold to enjoy. Neighborhood was quite.

Lovely Living

The too short a stay after bringing the grandsons to the Everglades. Was hoping for an evening swim but the pool heat was not in use. We all slept well on the comfy beds. Thank you.
