Thank you for your kind comments about the property and its cleanliness. I’m glad you found the home clean and that I was attentive and able to help address the TV remote issue during your stay. I did want to clarify that our cleaning process focuses primarily on thoroughly cleaning and preparing the home between guests. My cleaner does not routinely test every TV remote to make sure the batteries and remote are functioning, nor does she test the coffee maker to determine whether it needs to be descaled. Those are maintenance items that can sometimes arise unexpectedly between stays. I certainly understand that having a working remote and coffee maker is important, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention so I could address them. Since I responded promptly and worked to resolve the concerns during your stay, I was disappointed to receive a four-star rating for these relatively minor issues. We work very hard to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable home and a five-star experience, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps me identify things that may need additional attention.
