The cabin at Topley was perfect. It was exactly as described and totally clean and inviting. We enjoyed our 3 nights. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was also perfect, close to town and close to hiking and overlooks

My stay was very enjoyable. The cabin is very cute with a homey feel to it. Everything was clean and checking in and out was seamless. Very quiet and peaceful setting.

This was a true gem for us in our travel to Luray VA and Shenandoah National Park. It was easy to find it was convenient yet felt secluded. The fenced yard was a huge plus for as as we were traveling with our dogs. This was a property that was so much better than the pics. We loved it

Such a cozy cabin and would definitely come back here again. It was close to trails, restaurants in Luray were not far and very tranquil and serene location in the woods.

We loved the Topley retreat! We stayed here for a night to celebrate our anniversary and see the caverns. The cabin is super cute, the hot tub was really nice and the area is really pretty. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfectly located in the mountains. Yet only 15 minutes away form Town,Tubing and caverns. Pet friendly with a nice fenced in area. They do allow big dogs. That was amazing. Over I highly recommend staying.

This is a charming cabin, sitting in the middle of a mountain with a fenced in yard for pets. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with all conveniences the refrigerator looks like it’s brand new, which has an icemaker and water dispenser, washer dryer, and all kitchen appliances, such as microwave, coffee, etc. we had a lovely stay This properties is conveniently located to the Jordan Stables where we went Horse Back Riding as well as the Luray Caverns and we enjoyed the morning guided tour. Lots of cute little restaurants we recommend the blue dog for excellent burgers. We hope to be back again! Thank you, Annette sincerely, Becky and Cindy.

Everything was wonderful, very clean property and house. We did have to kind if zip tie the gate a little in the back because it wouldnt latch (sorry, forgot to remove that befire we left) but our dog also enjoyed the yard. Hot tub was nice, and very clean.

Great Weekend Stay

This is a lovely home and super clean. My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend to go hiking around Shenandoah. Luray was also a nice little town.

Annette was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with. Our stay was short, but we were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing after a lovely hike we took just a short drive away at the Kennedy Peak Trailhead. We considered an evening around the firepit, but it was still a bit chilly, but it would've been perfect. Very quiet and peaceful - just secluded enough! We cooked all our meals at the cabin, and mostly just stayed there to soak in being away from it all. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you Annette!

We went there for a last minute retreat for the summer and had an amazing time! The house itself was perfect wth its location, mountain cabin charm and with all the modern facilities. We would love to come back again. Our 7 year old son had an amazing time.

What a beautiful home! And the view is breathtaking! The home has everything you need for a getaway. We have an annual "Girls Trip" every year and enjoyed the warm home, the fire (indoor and outdoor), and the cute town which is so close for fun shopping. Weekend was not long enough, though, and will have to plan for a longer stay.

I am Annette Cates ( owner) of this beautiful cabin that we recently remodeled! Property was orginally owned by my Uncle Jake & Aunt Myrtle Goode years ago. Sold to the Topley Family that added onto this cabin through out the years. I am so excited to add this cabin to our Massanutten Properties collection! I am grateful to be able to share the serenity that this cabin offers and that has become a family tradition within 3 generations of two families! All of our cabins and River Kamp was orginally in my family either on my Father's side or my Mother's side and I have fortunately been able to purchase and share them with others! In the future when I pass this property down to my daughter Jade - it will be 4 generations which is exciting. Thank you for choosing our cabins and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do as they are all sentimental to us!
