We loved our time at Bear Den. The cabin is clean, full of charm, and iwell thought out. The kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved the room upstairs. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you for adding to our vacation memories.
The on site host was very helpful. Cabin was not ‘remote’ several others surrounding. Roads were in poor condition, internet glitched so much the two nights we tried to watch a movie that we could not get through it, roof leaked during our stay. Overall we liked the cabin

Thanks for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know. I will forward your concerns on. We do hope you enjoyed your stay.
The property was easy to find. The cabin was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The water in the area was contained with ecoli, and the water needed to be boiled. The owners did provide plenty of purified water. My concern was that there was no communication about the contaminated water on the site listing or through email.

Thanks for your feedback. We have taken every precaution and added a purified water system so need to worry about the water. We are glad you were able to enjoy your stay with us. Come again!
Cabin was very clean. Felt like home for the 5 nights we were there. Kids loved having the 3 beds upstairs and the little play room. It got down to the 30’s at night in the end of September. We had to keep the heaters on to keep the cabin at 70. We were able to check in early. Down a dead end road. Road is rough yes but it is also a private road.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Be sure to come back soon.
We enjoyed our stay at the Bear Den! Cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need…even had a can opener! Can’t count how many places we have stayed without a can opener. After the initial shock of mud road to get to cabin (it had apparently rained a before we arrived) everything was great. Had issue with lock on door, property manager was quick to fix. If we ever go back to the area, we would definitely stay again. Also so moose with 2 calves in open field next to cabin. Great experience!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay at the Bear Den. It's fantastic to hear that the cabin was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, we aim to provide everything our guests might need! The muddy road due to the rain was unavoidable, but we're pleased it didn't impact your enjoyment once settled in. Seeing moose with their calves nearby must have been a memorable experience! Nature's surprises can truly enhance your stay.
We'd love to welcome you back if you're in the area again. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
Our stay at the Bear Den in Island Park was a wonderful experience! The cabin felt brand new, it was impeccably clean, and it is very nicely decorated. It was spacious for our family of 5, and there were many thoughtful touches added. It’s set in a very peaceful wooded neighborhood and about 10-15 minutes from a nice local grocery store. We enjoyed cooking our meals and were impressed with the quality of furniture, linens, towels, lighting, cabinetry, cookware and dishes. The back patio / fire pit setting was pretty with hanging lights and wooden furniture. In addition, the housekeeper was helpful to contact us with a lost item and mailed it to our house. We would have loved to stay longer and definitely recommend staying at the Bear Den!
